How do I return an item?

Our Unconditional Guarantee

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your unworn purchase, simply return it for a
prompt and courteous exchange, credit or refund.  Sorry, customized and personalized
items may not be returned unless defective.

Returns

* Full refund of purchase price.  U.S. - Must be returned within 7 days of receiving
  purchase.  International - Must be returned within 14 days of receiving purchase. 

*Exchange can be made for merchandise or store credit up to 14 days of receiving.
*Merchandise must be returned in unworn, unaltered condition including original tags
  and gift box 
packaging with a copy of the original invoice.  Please notify us if your
  exchange was given to you as a gift and if you do not have an invoice.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
* Customized or personalized items may not be returned unless defective.
Important:  Before returning a purchase, call or email us for a return authorization
  number prior to shipping your package.  The customer is responsible for return shipping
  charges, postal insurance and
packing merchandise securely.  Sorry, we are unable to
  give refunds for lost, stolen or damaged
returns.


Holiday Returns

 Gift purchases made during the months of November and December may be exchanged
   for product or store credit no later than January 15 the following year.  The exchange
   can be made by the purchaser or by the gift recipient.
   All other return policies still apply.
