Ordering Methods:
* Online Orders: Processed securely through the website 24 hours daily. 
 

* Telephone or mail orders:  Call to place order during business hours.

* Email orders: Send an email with the following information:  Customer name,  Telephone
  number,  Shipping address, Product name, price and quantity.  An invoice will  be sent
  via email which allows you to securely enter your credit card or PayPal account
  information.  This invoice will be securely processed through PayPal.  


* International orders:  Order through the website 24 hours daily or use the email method
  listed above.  Custom fees, import duties/taxes and undelivered packages are the
  responsibility of the international customer.  Please note:  The U.S. Postal Service does
  not provide delivery to some international countries.

Payment Methods:
MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal, U.S. checks and money orders.
 
Shipping and Delivery:
* Most orders will ship within 5 business days.  Notification will be sent via email
  if there is a shipping delay.
* Personal checks must clear before an order is shipped.
* Custom orders and alterations will ship at completion.
* U.S. packages are insured and require a signature confirmation upon delivery.

Shipping Costs:
The following shipping charges will be calculated at check-out:

* U.S. orders of $100 or more - FREE shipping, USPS First Class, insured
* U.S. orders up to $100 - $5, USPS First Class, insured
* U.S. Priority mail, insured - $8
* U.S. Express mail, overnight - $18
* Canada/Mexico - $10, Global priority (insurance not available)
* International - $10, Global priority (insurance not available)     

Sales Tax:  State sales tax of 8% applies to Alabama residents.

Returns:
* Full refund of purchase price within 7 days of receipt.
* Exchange can be made for merchandise or store credit up to 15 days of purchase date.
* Merchandise must be returned in unworn, unaltered condition with original packaging and
   a copy of the invoice.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable.
* Sorry, custom, personalized or sale priced items may not be returned unless defective.
* Call for a return authorization number prior to shipping your package.  Customers are
   responsible for return shipping charges, postal insurance and packing merchandise
   securely.  We are unable to give refunds for lost or damaged returns.

Repairs and Alterations:
* Most jewelry can be custom altered or resized for a small fee.
* Free repairs are offered for normal wear within 60 days of purchase, lost beads or
  components can be replaced if available for a small fee.

Gift Purchases:
* Complimentary gift box packaging is provided with all purchases.
* Gift certificates can be purchased online and redeemed by contacting us.

Custom Design Consultations:
As a courtesy to online and local customers a complimentary custom jewelry design
consultation is available. This service gives consideration to your personal preference of
color, style, size, budget and occasion.  Call or email for details.

Product Photos:
The pictures of jewelry have been enlarged for detailed viewing and do not reflect actual
size.  Accurate sizes and descriptions are posted for each item and colors are
represented as accurately as possible.
