If for any reason you're not satisfied with your unworn artisan handmade jewelry from STONERAY STUDIO, simply return it for a prompt and courteous exchange, credit or refund. Sorry, customized and personalized items may not be returned unless defective.
How To Order
* Online: Orders are processed securely through this website 24 hours daily.
* International: Order through this website 24 hours daily. Customs fees, import duties/taxes and
undelivered packages are the responsibility of the international customer. Please note: The U.S. Postal
Service does not provide delivery to some international countries and we have ordering restrictions for
some countries.

Shipping & Delivery
* Most orders will ship within 3 business days. If there is a shipping delay you will be notified by email.
* Custom design orders and custom alteration orders will ship upon completion.
* Packages are tracked with delivery confirmation. Customer is responsible for lost or stolen packages
once the USPS has delivered your package.
Shipping (choices are available at check-out)
* U.S. orders - USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail Overnight
* International orders - USPS International Priority Mail and Express Mail.
Sales Tax
State sales tax of 6.75% for North Carolina residents.
Returns
* Full refund of purchase price. U.S. - Must be returned within 7 days of receiving purchase.
International - Must be returned within 14 days of receiving purchase.
* Exchange can be made for merchandise or store credit up to 14 days of receiving.
* Merchandise must be returned in unworn, unaltered condition including original tags and gift box packaging
with a copy of the original invoice. Please notify us if your exchange was given to you as a gift and if you
do not have an invoice.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable.
* Customized or personalized items may not be returned unless defective.
* Important: Email us for our return address and authorization number before returning your purchase
* Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, postal insurance and packing merchandise securely.
Refunds are not available for lost, stolen or damaged returns.
Holiday Returns
* Gift purchases made during the months of November and December may be exchanged for product or
store credit no later than January 15 the following year. The exchange can be made by the purchaser
or the gift recipient. All other return policies still apply
Repairs & Alterations
* Some STONERAY STUDIO jewelry can be altered or re-sized, email or call with request.
* Free repairs for normal wear within 60 days of purchase. A fee will be charged for
replacing lost beads and components, call or email for a quote.
Gift Purchases
* All jewelry is gift packaged free of charge in silver jewelry boxes with ribbon.
* Gift certificates can be used for both online and local purchases.
Custom Design Requests
A convenient, "no obligation" custom design consultation is available free of charge to online and local customers. Send Linda an email for details about custom design or special requests.
Product Pictures
Pictures do not show the actual size of the jewelry and photo color varies with each monitor. Please check descriptions for accurate product details and size.
